All I really want is 500g of Oxalic Acid xtals.
Once a case of a few clicks on ebay and free postage.
It is still freely but expensively available online in UK but need to purchase larger quantities and then P&P on top,
Smaller quantities available to apiculturists for pennies in EU............. then the taking back control import taxes on top . :)

Got my last lot from these guys following a recommendation here.. apparently its used in the bee keeping world for cleaning hives..

Linky ==> Oxalic Acid Crystals - Bees Online

Pity you not here ... I buy 2kg for a few euros ... its sold as Brick / Ceramic / Patio cleaner .... and for 'bleaching' woodstains ...

I asked shop if there any rules and he said none - its freely availble to all to buy for such use. I asked because I've read on other threads on forums like this - claims of EU rules restricting its use.

Great link, just ordered kg. My previous beekeeping supplier only sells pre-diluted now, apparently a restricted product to professionals only.
